Abstracts for poster or oral communication must be submitted in English via the online submission system below.
2) Preparation
Abstract text should not exceed 300 words and must contain enough information for the reviewers to judge the originality and quality of the work.
Please follow the following guidelines to present your abstract and attach it as a Word file:

The abstracts non-accepted for communication will be considered as posters.
3) Poster instructions
POSTER PRICES WILL BE ATTRIBUTED
Posters will be exhibited during the entire meeting. Each poster will be presented the first day of the meeting as a one minute/ one slide “flash presentation”. So please bring one slide summarizing your poster.
Size : Maximum poster size must be (portrait orientation):1.20 meter (47.2 inches) length (vertical) x 0.84 meter (33 inches) width (horizontal). Please ensure that your poster does not exceed this size otherwise we will not be able to accommodate it.
To display your poster, you will be given a number in the abstract book.
