The 19th GERLI Lipidomics meeting “Lipids: from sea to fork” gathered more than 100 leading researchers from 13 countries (UK, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Hong Kong, Canada, Mauritania, Norway, USA, Belgium, Germany, United Arab Emirates, France) at the European Institute for Marine Studies (IUEM) in Brest/Plouzané, France.
We are grateful to the local organizers, especially Philippe Soudant and Margaux Mathieu-Resuge, their research group and students for organizing such a successful meeting !
