Posters will be exposed during the whole duration of the meeting, at the same place as coffee breaks and lunches (12:00-14:00 on Monday and Tuesday), so that they can be seen during these breaks. We ask the presenting authors to remain close to their poster during these periods, at least from 13:00 to 14:00 on Monday and Tuesday, so that they can present their work to the committee in charge of the best poster award.
In addition, poster presenting authors are requested to attend the “Poster flash presentations” session on Monday October 1st, at 17:00 to present their poster orally. Their flash talk is limited to 1 min, with a maximum of 2 slides.
