Registration is opened from now to October 31, 2022. Note that different fees apply for early, regular and late registration. Please also note that space is limited and registration will be on a first-served basis.
*The registration fees indicated below are for one person and apply until October 15, 2022. They includes a 100-euro discount. All fees will become regular (+100 euros) after this date. All registration fees include the participation to the meeting, conference bag and abstract book, welcome reception, Gala dinner, coffee breaks, and lunches. If you have special dietary request, please indicate it in the registration form, in the field « INFORMATIONS COMPLEMENTAIRES ».
Note that GERLI is a scientific society governed by the French Association law of year 1901 and it is not subjected to taxes on the registration fees.

** Registration fees without lodging include meals as well as proceedings of the meeting. Registration fees for single room or twin room with double occupancy include lodging for one person per 3 nights from November 6 to 9 at the Delcloy Hotel. Note that the number of single rooms is limited. Upon filling the registration form, please indicate the name of a preferred roommate in the registration form (« INFORMATIONS COMPLEMENTAIRES ») if you have chosen a twin room with double occupancy. See the general information section “accommodation” for more information on single and twin room availability. The organizers will allocate rooms based on the information provided in the registration form and each participant will be notified individually of room attribution before arrival.
***A 50 (student) or 100 (others) euros discount apply for GERLI members. To register to the GERLI scientific society, follow this link. You need to register to the society before registering to the meeting to get the 100 euros discount. PhD students will need to upload their ID student card.
